For the release of SparkFun Electronics’ RTK Facet L-Band Surveyor, I created an exploded-view video pointing out a few of the product’s hardware features. I started by importing an FBX model of the L-Band, created by my coworker Nick Poole (@NorthAllenPoole on Twitter), into Cinema 4D. From there, I planned out, storyboarded and animated the video. It went through several revisions before reaching the final version. The first video draft may be seen at the Twitter link below.
