For the release of SparkFun & Advancer Technologies’ latest collaboration on the MyoWare® 2.0 line, I created a wide variety of graphics for use in different contexts. Displayed above are a sampling of pieces made for advertising on Google Ads & Hackster.io, as well as for press releases and the new MyoWare® Amazon storefront.
A large part of my responsibilities for this product launch included the design of a standalone Amazon storefront (shown above) for MyoWare®’s new product line. This storefront may be viewed here:
To produce the above two images, I started by trimming out photos of the MyoWare® 2.0 Muscle Sensor front and back. These photos were taken by SparkFun’s talented product photographer, Juan Pena. Based on these photos, I modeled out and textured the new Muscle Sensor in Cinema 4D.
For a variety of background & lighting options, I created a set of neon tubes, a translucent bundle of muscle fibers, and a Voronoi net of organic webbing. These could be rendered into the same frame as the other 3D materials I was working with, or composited into later graphics as 2D backgrounds if rendered alone.
For the robotic arm holding the board, I downloaded a 3D object created by HDA73, a helpful modeler on TurboSquid:
